Prostate Cancer, Support Groups  and Prostate Cancer Treatment

   

Prostate Cancer Program

More men are living longer after diagnosis by learning treatment and survival strategies from other diagnosed men, during support groups and workshops.  Many men consider support groups their "peer opinion," after getting first and second opinions from their doctors.Lecture Series presents leading urologists, radiation and medical oncologists and well known survivors,  speaking from their experience to help you.  Lectures usually run one to two hours and are attended from twenty to two hundred men and women.  Questions are always invited from the audience. 

Testicular Cancer Program

Testicular Cancer treatment and support groups usually meet twice per month, providing you opportunities to connect with other guys, hear their stories and learn about treatment choices and outcomes.  Discussion is open.  Support and treatment groups usually run one and half to two hours.   Testicular Cancer Campus and Community outreach presentations are scheduled year round.
Specialty Groups focus on themes such as Erectile Dysfunction, Single Men, Couples, and Gay Men. Groups run one  to two hours  and meet one to four times per month.   Health Fairs,  Cancer Screening, Community outreach and workplace presentations are scheduled year round. Treatment and support groups usually meet every week, providing you more opportunities to connect with other guys, hear their stories and learn about treatment choices and outcomes.  Discussion is open.  Support and treatment groups usually run one and half to two hours and are attended by ten to twenty guys.  There are Malecare prostate cancer groups worldwide.

Male Breast Cancer Program

Male Breast Cancer treatment and support groups usually meet once per month, providing you opportunities to connect with other guys, hear their stories and learn about treatment choices and outcomes.  Discussion is open.  Speakers are often invited.  Support and treatment groups usually run one and half to two hours.
