 Goals for 2005
 
  • Creating men's health education components for employer of choice programs and training for corporations and small businesses. Integrate Malecare programs into comprehensive and economical presentations and trainings.

  • Develop programs to help men with a range of illnesses that include hypertension, asthma, sexually transmitted diseases, depression and diabetes.

  • Training diagnosed men to be community health workers, implementing peer led case management teams, and developing local men’s health coalitions.

  • Increasing access to internet based health care knowledge by closing the digital language barrier. Improved use and design of this web site.

  • Translating health information to Hebrew, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Chinese.

  • To improve the health of young men and increase their self awareness.

  • Exploring the benefits of  male-dedicated entry points using outreach and case management.

  • Explore issues prevalent among men with multiple diagnoses.

  • Explore how employment and education, that affect men’s health.

  • Increased collaboration with international organizations, health care facilities, and peer related programs.  Further developing programs with our partners in Europe and Israel.

  • Increasing acquisition of health care insurance for all men.
