Prostate Net, a Secaucus, N.J.,-based nonprofit, will honor Darryl Mitteldorf and other awardees at a Sept. 9 ceremony at the New York University in New York City. "Receiving this from the well respected Prostate Net reflects entirely on the work and dedication of Malecare and all of its volunteers," Darryl Mitteldorf, said in a news release. "We are continuing to expand our efforts to address not only prostate cancer support and awareness, but also awareness of all health disparity areas affecting underserved communities." Prostate Net has chosen awardees in several categories, including national and local government, business and lifetime advocacy, among others. |
